You Want Quality Service . . .
Some buyers are reluctant because they’ve suffered through a handful of bad experiences with incompetent, inexperienced, or pushy agents. I understand completely! Unfortunately, there are pretenders! You want an agent who is willing to invest the time to become a true professional and provide reliable information you can count on. I take pride in the relationships I’ve developed with collaborative partners within my own and associated fields of businesses.
You NEED a broker who possess exceptional organizational and communication skills to keep you, the client, informed. Shortcomings of any kind can mean the difference between you getting the home you want and losing out on opportunities making a stressful time even more hectic. I am committed to giving each of my clients the one-on-one attention they deserve.
I am an expert in client satisfaction! From my expedient, but detailed “Client Intake Meeting” until the keys are in YOUR hand, my goal is to make your transition as seamless and enjoyable as possible. People don’t have all the time in the world to sit in front of the computer monitoring the latest listings, or knocking on doors in their desired neighborhood to find out who is selling. It’s a broker’s job to do all the grunt work and reduce the time and torment of futile showings making your time investment count. That is my job and my commitment to you!
Should You Wait?
I wish I could make “people on the fence” understand, PROCRASTINATING instead of making your move will cost you the opportunity for financial gain the longer you wait. Also, it will take much longer to achieve your ultimate goal! I help clients visualize their path. Together we create a plan to take their first, next and final steps.
Most often, First Time Home Buyers start out with a vision and not a plan. Your vision should become tailored through experience along the winding road of home buying and ownership. Usually buyers end up selling in the future to upgrade and buy the home of their dreams when it wasn’t possible on the first purchase. My advice . . . never sell property unless you must!
A Home is Worth More Than You Think
From the beginning, while my buyers consider their first purchase they are learning the long term financial benefits of real estate investing. I educate my clients to think long term and maximize the benefits of home ownership and capitalize on the future investment opportunities. My buyers become savvy when they learn how real estate can have continuing and restated financial benefits for owners in the long run.
Ask me for your copy of my “Determined Home Buyer’s Packet,” today! It’s chalk full of amazing buyer resources, preparation materials and next step planning. Don’t wait to make your dreams of a home and long term financial security a reality!
Do Your Homework!
Prior to setting out on this important journey, it’s advisable to answer some major questions. The conversations should include discussions over the following topics.
- What general area would you like, or do you need to live?
- What specific neighborhoods or communities do you frequent?
- What do you need in a home? Is there a definitive style?
- Will you require a multi-family home? Are there financial benefits?
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want, or need?
- Do you require a home office? Would a lobby or waiting space be helpful?
- Will you need a bonus room, or would an open loft space suffice?
- Do you require specific amenities to be convenient to your home location?
- Do you want a yard, pool or special parking requirement?
- Will you be entertaining guests?
- Are you interested in a gated or guard gated community?
- Do you have a price range in mind?
- Do you need a lender to consult to determine the best price range?
If you would like some assistance to answer some of the questions above, or you have any other questions, I would be happy to assist you.
