“Second Annual – Spirit of Christmas Lighting and Decoration Spectacular!”
What: Christmas Lighting and Decoration Contest
When: Beginning November 29th
Beginning the day after Thanksgiving neighbors compete for prizes such as local business donations (last year’s prizes: Christmas lights, decorations and a 100ft. Extension cord, courtesy of HOME Depot, FREE pizzas courtesy of Juliano’s Pizzeria, a Safeway gift card, a gift card from private donor, full bragging rights with official certificate AND the undying gratitude from WINNER’S favorite Real Estate Broker, and YOUR beloved community!)
To Participate:
- On a single page
- First, include your address with a map with directions to your home at the top of the page.
- Next, you may include clear photos of your decorated home. Photos may be used for advertising purposes.
Please email your single page advertisement to info@HomesinthePortlandMetro.com. I will send a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please follow up with a text to (408)640-9460.
Anna will promote and coordinate the event including: a) choosing random items to publicize online and social media, b) keep a bulletin for visitor reference, and 3) use motivation tools to encourage visitors to drop by your sale.
