Why Pay Broker Fees?

Considering Selling Independently?

Why Pay a Broker?

Any marketing piece uploaded, sent out, posted, or handed out with the intent to sell your property must be perfectly executed! This means it must be in the right place to reach the right buyer, at the right time, in the right condition, at the right price to be successful. When a house sits on the market for too long, it is the kiss of death! That is when you will begin to see the vultures moving in. So, when I say every marketing tactic must be perfectly executed, it’s no joke!

SO, You Want to Sell Your Own Home?

I have moved a time or two in my life, and believe me, I know the challenges that await. You can believe this, you DO NOT want to add more to your plate!

Trying to sell your own home yourself while orchestrating a move, is kind of like planning, organizing and performing your own wedding ceremony and reception. You just DON’T, for a reason!

Before taking the plunge and committing every waking moment to a “FOR SALE BY OWNER ” (FSBO) endeavor, please read the following statistics.

89% of sellers were assisted by a real estate agent when selling their home.

Recent sellers typically sold their homes for 99% of the listing price, and 40% reported reducing the asking price at least once.

FSBOs accounted for 11% of home sales in 2018.

The typical FSBO home sold for $200,000 compared to $280,000 for agent-assisted home sales.

Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers

If you do the math, these figures indicates FSBOs left 29% of THEIR money on the table! Even if you pay me the top broker commission of 7%, you STILL walk away with 22% MORE of YOUR OWN WEALTH!

Rule No. 1: Never lose money.

Rule No. 2: Never forget Rule No. 1.
