Relocating from out of state, I had no idea how to find a good real estate agent. So, I checked local church bulletins online, and found Anna Rawson. She is clearly a ‘salt of the earth’ and ‘go the extra mile’ person, and we intend to use her for our future real estate needs. For example, as I was debating purchasing vs. renting, I expressed interest in two apartment complexes near my new job. She proceeded to send photos and compile a list of pros and cons for each place (nothing in it for her in doing so, other than investing in a relationship) Ultimately, we found a place to purchase and she helped us immensely, every step of the way. She is clearly a go-getter, not in a pushy way, but with warmth and integrity. We are blessed to know her and benefit from her expertise.

Since this was me and my husband’s first time selling AND buying a house, there were a lot of unknowns and frankly, some fears that we would sell our house and not find a new one that fit our family. However, Anna calmed my nerves and reassured me. She was available to show houses anytime I asked (which was a lot) and pointed out things during our tours with the eye of a professional. She also advised how to make competitive offers with what she was seeing in the market.
As for the selling side, she came in and told me how to make my home more marketable and appealing and some great tips for getting it show ready. She was spot on for what my house would sell for and did her research to make sure we capitalized on the sellers market.
I felt completely at ease working with her and will definitely use her in the future and would recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Overall, the process felt like a roller coaster in that there was some waiting , anticipation, twists and turns, but we felt safe and secure the whole time and enjoyed the experience because of Anna and Richard. They still check in as well. The process felt relationship based rather than transactional. This is obviously a job that they’re both deeply passionate about and it shows every step of the way.”
